Privacy Policy
Version 2.0 — effective September 17, 2026
AGENCIA IVOIRE LTDA(“Ivoire”) handles personal data as someone accountable for it. This document explains, plainly, what data Ivoire collects, what for, on what legal basis, for how long, and what you can demand at any time.
This policy informs. It does not serve as authorization: when processing depends on your consent, it will be requested separately and specifically, at the moment the data is collected.
Who processes your data
Controller: AGENCIA IVOIRE LTDA
Data subject channel: privacidade@ivoire.ag
This address handles personal data requests only. Every request gets an answer — including the ones Ivoire cannot fulfill, with the reason why.
What data Ivoire collects
What we collect depends on how you reach us. Ivoire collects nothing beyond what is described below.
Browsing the website. No personal data is collected. The website does not use tracking cookies, has no analytics tool installed and does not build visitor profiles.
Filling out the contact form. Name, email, phone number, company, job title and how you found Ivoire.
Applying for a job or joining the talent pool:
- full name, email, phone number, city and state;
- your résumé, as a file, and whatever it contains;
- LinkedIn or portfolio link, if you provide one;
- the message you write about the position;
- areas of interest and availability for temporary work, in the talent pool;
- date and time of submission, version of the consent text accepted and technical records — an encrypted version of the IP address and browser identification.
Ivoire does not ask for national ID numbers (CPF, RG), date of birth, home address, marital status, photo, gender, race or color, disability information, or salary expectations. None of these decide a screening. If any of this data appears in the résumé you send, it receives the same protection as everything else and is never used as a criterion.
The IP address is stored only in encrypted form, from which the original cannot be recovered. It exists to prevent abuse and automated submissions, not to identify you.
What Ivoire uses it for, and on what legal basis
- Contact form — to reply and present our services. Legitimate interest, art. 7, IX.
- Ongoing business proposal — to prepare and negotiate the contract. Preliminary procedures, art. 7, V.
- Application to an open position — to assess the application and run the hiring process. Preliminary procedures to a contract, at your request, art. 7, V.
- Talent pool — to consider you for future positions. Consent, art. 7, I.
- Technical submission records — to prevent abuse and automated submissions. Legitimate interest, art. 7, IX.
- Hiring, if it happens — to meet labor and social security obligations. Legal obligation, art. 7, II.
The difference between the two in the middle matters. Applying for an open position is your request, and Ivoire can assess it without needing your consent — just as you can withdraw whenever you want. Keeping your data for future positions, on the other hand, depends on your yes, given separately, and you can withdraw it at any time without affecting a process in progress.
Ivoire does not sell personal data, does not use it for advertising and does not make automated decisions about applications: people read, assess and decide.
How long Ivoire keeps it
- Contact form — 24 months from our last contact.
- Job application — 6 months from the end of the hiring process.
- Talent pool — 24 months from sign-up or from your last update.
- Submitted résumé — follows the retention period of the application or the talent pool.
- Technical submission records — 6 months from submission.
- Data of hired people — specific labor and tax periods, counted from the end of employment.
Once the period ends, the data is deleted — the résumé file included. If you apply again, or update your sign-up, the count starts over.
Before the period ends, you can ask for deletion whenever you want.
Who Ivoire shares it with
Ivoire does not sell or transfer personal data. It is accessed by Ivoire people who need it for their work, and by technology providers that run the website and systems infrastructure, contractually bound to process it only as instructed by Ivoire.
Where your data is stored:
- database and files, résumés included: in Brazil — the storage infrastructure is in São Paulo;
- website and route processing: in an international region;
- email delivery: United States.
These last two constitute international data transfers, carried out under the contractual safeguards signed with each provider, pursuant to Chapter V of Law No. 13,709/2018.
Data may also be shared when required by law or by order of a competent authority.
Cookies
This website does not use tracking, advertising or audience analytics cookies, and no measurement tool is installed.
If that changes, this policy will be updated beforehand and you will see a request for permission, with the option to decline without losing access to the website.
Information security
Access to data is restricted to those who need it, traffic is encrypted, résumés are kept in private storage — accessible only through temporary links generated for each lookup, never through a public address — and the IP address is stored only in encrypted form.
No system is infallible. If a security incident occurs that may pose a relevant risk to you, Ivoire will notify you and Brazil’s National Data Protection Authority (ANPD), as the law requires.
Your rights, and how to exercise them
You may, at any time, request:
- confirmation that Ivoire processes your data, and access to it;
- correction of anything incomplete, inaccurate or outdated;
- anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data or data processed unlawfully;
- portability of your data to another provider;
- information about who Ivoire has shared it with;
- withdrawal of consent, when that is the legal basis — including leaving the talent pool;
- information about the possibility of not consenting and what happens if you don’t.
Write to privacidade@ivoire.ag. Ivoire replies within 15 days. We may need to confirm your identity before fulfilling the request — this protects you, so that no one can request your data in your place.
If the answer does not resolve your issue, you can file a complaint with Brazil’s National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
Adolescents
Ivoire offers internship positions, which may be filled by people aged 16 and over.
Ivoire does not ask for age or date of birth in any form and does not knowingly collect data from people under 16. When the candidate is an adolescent, processing follows their best interest and is limited to what is strictly necessary for the assessment.
If you are responsible for an adolescent and want to know what data Ivoire holds, or to request its deletion, write to privacidade@ivoire.ag.
Intellectual property

Limitation of liability
Although we strive to keep the information on this website up to date and accurate, we do not guarantee that all content is free from errors, omissions or temporary unavailability.
Ivoire may change, update or remove content from the website at any time, without prior notice.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated to reflect legal, operational or technological changes. Each version receives a number and an effective date, shown at the top of this page.
When a change affects processing based on your consent, Ivoire will ask for new consent — the version you accepted remains on record, and it is the one that applies to what was collected up to then.
